Additional session will vary in length from 40 mins to 1 hr+ depending on techniques used and response to treatment.

Pain is a subjective sensory experience. Everyones pain is different and there are a multitude of impacts on a persons life (physical, psychological, emotional, social)

Integrated pain management therapy uses medical and holistic tools to help improve a clients overall pain and help them build coping strategies to utilise long term.

A tailored and specific management plan for chronic and complex conditions will be created for you. 

This service is suitable for those with a detailed history of pain - especially if pain is chronic/worse with psychological stress/difficult to manage with medication alone.

Referral from a GP, hospital team, physiotherapist or other professional therapist should be sought and information provided to our Medical Doctor before assessment.

- Assessment of medication

- Medical Acupuncture

- Clinical and Medical Hypnotherapy

- NLP (neurolinguistic programming)

- Cognitive behavioural therapy and other psychotherapy techniques
